If you are interested, please submit your resume/line card and desired sales territory to: sales@premierfurnace.com Premier Furnace Specialists, Inc. installs Tip-Up Furnace at Trojan Heat Treat - March 17, 2008 In November of 2007, Heat Treating Services Corporation of America committed to adding additional heat treat capacity to the Trojan Heat Treat facility in Homer, Michigan. Premier Furnace Specialists, Inc of Farmington Hills, Michigan was awarded the contract for dismantling and removing the Tip-Up Furnace from its previous location and installing it in Trojan Heat Treat’s facility in Homer, Michigan. As of February 18th 2008, the installation was completed and is currently running continuous stress relieve/annealing cycles in atmosphere. The Tip-Up Furnace is capable of handling 92,000 pound loads. In addition to the Tip-Up Furnace (See attached photos), Premier Furnace also supplied and installed a rebuilt 10,000 CFH Exothermic Gas Generator and a new Water Recirculation System. Press release (pdf) | Photos Premier Furnace installs Heat Treat System for iron castings in Mexico Premier Furnace Specialists, Inc. recently installed a heat treat system for iron castings in Monclova, Mexico. The line consists of three (3) gas-fired box furnaces and a water quench tank. Please contact us for more information. Photo Premier Furnace Specialists commissions Aluminum Heat Treat Line Premier Furnace Specialists has just commissioned a Solution Heat Treat Line for a customer in Pennsylvania, consisting of two (2) electrically-heated, roller hearth driven box furnaces and a common water quench tank with dunk elevator.
