Description: Aluminum Brazing Furnace with 14-inch wide woven wire mesh belt with 8-inch clearance above the belt. Furnace was rebuilt in 1998 to include new controls, updated electrical cabinet, new insulation and new paint. 1350-inchF maximum operating temperature. The furnace is electrically heated with newer silicon carbide heating elements in two (2) zones of temperature control with SCR control modules. Twenty (20) feet of water-jacketed cooling sections. Three (3-inch) foot long load table. Two (2-inch) foot long unload table. Overall size is approximately 6-inch wide x 50-inch long.

Description: The furnace has been used daily by the original owner since it was new. The furnace is rated to 2400°F, but has never been used over 2050°F. It is not positive pressure and has a 30 HP fan. The furnace is due for a new liner. Included with the furnace are at least 2 complete sets of heating elements and some graphite board. The pictures are current and show the original placement of the furnace. The temperature controllers were updated to digital instruments within the last few years. Description: (1) GAS-B-75 Lectrodryer automatic adsorption heat reactivated gas dryer for dissociated ammonia service. Operation is to be automatic from a 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle power supply. Unit is to have 1½" piping and valves, and a NEMA 1 electrical enclosure.
Standard features of the GAS-B-75 include Allen Bradley PLC, electric reactivation heaters, thermostatic over-temperature protection, lubricated 4-way valves, dial thermometer in the reactivation exhaust piping, calibrated direct reading purge flowmeter with adjustable micrometer valve, reactivation indicating lights, carbon steel pressure vessels, relief valves on each absorber and locally mounted pressure gages. Initial charge of molecular sieve is also included.
